Who manages the data

The data controller for this website and 7 Barber services is the operator 7 Barber, Houškova 499/7, 326 00 Plzeň 2 — Slovany. Contact: jsme@7barber.cz, +420 601 151 053.

What we process

• contact details and data about the selected service, staff member and booking date,
• order items or products ready for collection,
• pokud si přání výslovně zvolíte, křestní jméno a pro narozeniny pouze měsíc a den bez roku narození,
• essential technical and security records necessary for the operation of the service.

We use the data to process bookings or orders, communicate with customers, fulfill legal obligations and secure the service. We do not sell it to third parties.

Email, SMS and your choice

Provozní zprávy k rezervaci, objednávce, platbě, voucheru nebo zpětné vazbě používáme pouze pro vyřízení konkrétní služby. Rezervační zprávy jsou oddělené od obchodních sdělení a používají adresu rezervace@7barber.cz. Nabídky volných termínů, tipy a další marketing odesíláme pouze na základě zaznamenané volby nebo jiného doloženého oprávnění, odděleně pro e-mail a SMS. Souhlas není podmínkou rezervace ani nákupu a lze jej kdykoli změnit odkazem v každém obchodním sdělení nebo přes jsme@7barber.cz.

For consent, we record the selected channel, wording version, date and source of the choice. Unsubscribes, undeliverable addresses, complaints and SMS STOP requests are stored in a central suppression list so the request also applies to future campaigns.

Přání k narozeninám a svátku

Přání od 7 Barber považujeme za obchodní sdělení. Odesíláme je pouze po vaší samostatné a dobrovolné volbě, zvlášť pro e-mail a SMS; stávající marketingová preference sama o sobě přání neaktivuje. Volbu můžete kdykoli odvolat a před každým odesláním znovu kontrolujeme aktuální nastavení i seznam blokací.

Pro narozeninové přání ukládáme pouze měsíc a den, nikoli rok narození. Datum jmenin určujeme z křestního jména podle verzovaného českého občanského kalendáře. České jmeniny nejsou úředně jednotně stanovené, proto lze datum v profilu upravit nebo přání k jmeninám vypnout. Nejednoznačné jméno bez ručně zvoleného data do automatické rozesílky nezařadíme.

Communication measurement and personalisation

For mailings, we may evaluate technical delivery, clicks, a subsequent booking or purchase, unsubscribes and the assigned subject or content variant. We use email opens only when this feature is explicitly enabled, and only as an indicative metric. Offers may be based on a preferred professional, the time since the last visit or a specific valid benefit. We do not create discount messages for clients who are not eligible for that benefit.

Client account and sign-in

The client account is optional; bookings and purchases can still be completed without registration. Sign-in uses Google Firebase Authentication. You can create an account with email and password or use a Google account; Apple sign-in will become available after that provider is configured separately. For email registration, visit history is shown only after the address is verified. 7 Barber never sees or stores your sign-in password.

We link earlier visits only after verifying the email address and phone number used for the booking. The account shows only data related to a securely linked contact. Hair-growth speed and a custom interval are optional settings used solely for an estimated next-visit recommendation.

Google Maps and reviews

We display an interactive map and current reviews on the website via Google Maps Platform. Review text is loaded server-side and not stored in our own database. The interactive map and author photos may transmit technical data, such as IP address and device information, to Google when loaded. Use of these services is governed by Google Privacy Policy.

Uložení, zabezpečení a analytika webu

Operational data is stored in Google Cloud and Firebase infrastructure in the European Union and protected by access controls. We retain it only as long as needed for the stated purpose and legal obligations. The CRM uses an essential secure session cookie. Client sign-in uses essential Firebase local storage to keep you signed in and a short-lived signed identity token sent only to the secured server API. The website does not use advertising cookies. We load Google Analytics only after your explicit choice. We measure traffic and completion of important steps without sending your name, email address or phone number. You can change your choice at any time via Analytics settings in the website footer.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your data and object to it. Write to jsme@7barber.cz. If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you may also contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
